He was both professional and personable in the way he adapted to our requests, multiple changes of plans, and was prepared for every situation we encountered along the way. I believe that he was an integral part of why our evening was such an overall success and that S&S has a valuable asset in him as a driver. Cannot thank him enough. I have used SS Limo for many years to transport the Webster Central School District students to special events. Everything was always communicated superbly, well planned out and went off according to our requested schedule. I have also used them for my personal use for wine tours and wedding shuttles. SS Limo continually supplied the District and me with professional drivers and vehicles that were top notch. I found Joe Spadaro and his staff to be more than accommodating in regards to pricing and customer service. They come highly recommended. Congratulations!
I just wanted to drop a line about our experience with your company on June 22. Tim was our driver and he arrived on time to pick us up and drop us off.
From start to finish Tim was just awesome! He had to put up with a bunch of young and older women dancing and singing for most of the trip. Then he had some girls being backseat drivers or ogling at him, not sure which. : ) We tried not to make too much of a mess but Tim was awesome and said he would take care of it for us.
I am glad I rented from you and I will surely recommend your company and Tim to people looking for the service. Who knows maybe we will make it an annual trip. : )

Although it’s been 2 weeks since our event, I’ve been meaning to write to let you know how very pleased we were with the services provided for our kids’ junior prom. The people I spoke with on the phone to make arrangements, confirmations, etc., were wonderful — very patient, answered all my questions (especially with this being my first time ordering a limo service). Most importantly, I want you to know what an excellent driver we had — Steve P. He was kind, patient, cooperative. As the “adult in charge,” he worked with me wonderfully, staying in touch by phone when necessary to advise about the kids’ plans after the prom event. I was particularly impressed when Steve called me to ask if he should let the kids know they needed to leave the restaurant they stopped at in order to ensure that one of the girls made it home by the curfew time I noted on the list I gave to Steve. It’s very typical for a business to hear about dissatisfaction, but it’s equally important (if not more) for you to know when a customer is completely satisfied, which I am. This was my daughter’s boyfriend’s prom (she’s a Freshman). I fully expect to be calling S&S in 2 years when she’s preparing for her prom.

I would like to thank SS limousine for a wonderful experience our group had this past weekend in Detroit. Our driver, Lenny Bellinger was the major reason this trip was a huge success for 9 local PIP basketball kids, their parents and coach who got to have the time of their life as performers at the men’s final four NCAA championship.
Lenny was courteous and professional in every way. We had trouble on Thursday night with a mechanical issue with the bus – Lenny had the bus at the mechanic by 7 am the next morning and back to pick us up by 9. Normally I would have panicked as our schedule was tight on Friday. Lenny had a plan and reassured us all he would do everything possible to make our commitments happen. He was well prepared for this trip and followed our schedule and got us every where on time and safe. It was not easy getting around Detroit on such a busy weekend and event – Lenny was calm and cool through all the traffic and detours and nonsense Detroit threw at us as we moved as a large group from event to event.
I will definitely recommend Lenny and SS limousine for future trips and
excursions.
Good afternoon - My friends and I rented the pink hummer limo this past weekend. We had a wonderful time and Tim, our driver, was a large reason for that. He wasabsolutely wonderful to us - and extremely tolerant of some silly girl behavior. We truly appreciated all that he did for us.
