We just returned from a great wine tour weekend around Cayuga Lake. This was the 18th year we have done these wine trips with our friends, and it was our first experience with S & S Limousine. Our driver, Tim was top notch! Professional, prompt, courteous, and patient. The Limo was clean and in great condition. The sales staff provided timely contracts and notification. We are looking forward to booking with them next year and making sure we get Tim as our driver!! One recommendation-real wine glasses or champagne flutes would be better than red solo cups. Just a thought. Great Company.
I have used S and S probably 5 times personally and have had numerous friends use them too. They are awesome! Not only do they provide great service, they are timely, and a great price! It wasn't until a bachelorette party in April 2016, that I realized what an amazing company they were. I got a call early that morning with "bad news" and there was a problem with the bus I ordered (was hit by a drunk driver the night before). I was glad no one was hurt, but to be honest was sad about the trip. They told me they'd give me a different shuttle and give us a little discount and an extra hour. When the driver came he was very accommodating and told me he'd do whatever to make us happy since there was a change. Most companies would have stopped there but not S & S! They continued and gave me a voucher ($100) for a future trip, and also the owner sent me a thank you card. The above and beyond was so not necessary, but makes me continue to use this company and refer all my friends too. I highly recommend them!!
As part of a wedding party, there are many things that stick out when you participate in a family members wedding. One of the most wonderful and comfortable part of the wedding was our limo ride and especially our driver, Terry! He was the nicest, most enjoyable driver I have ever experienced and went above and beyond to make us all laugh, make us comfortable on a hot day, and make sure everything went smoothly. As an out of town guest, I felt totally comfortable and thoroughly impressed with Terry's professionalism and sincere kindness! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
Our daughter's prom group rented a bus for a group of 30. I helped them make the reservations and the people I spoke with were very friendly and informative. The bus arrived to pick them up exactly on time and the driver was extremely courteous and responsible. He gave his card to me and to my daughter saying I could contact him any time with any concerns or questions. The bus was very clean and the kids were very happy with it. My only criticism would be that seating was somewhat crowded, although we were told the bus could fit 32 people. Aside from that the kids had a great time and we never worried about they safety. Thank you very much for such excellent service!
I can't say enough about how great our limo drive, Lenny was. We rented the Love Pink bus for my sister's bachelorette wine tour and had a blast. We had originally planned what wineries we wanted to visit, but ended up stopping at a couple more because Lenny thought we would enjoy them more. We had such a great time and would strongly recommend this company!
S&S Limousine deserves a 10 for awesome service. Our wine tour was exceptional and our chauffeur, Derren Hamilton, deserves most of the credit. He was very professional and friendly, and delivered us to each location in a timely and comfortable manner. He made us feel like VIPs! Thanks again for the outstanding service. 5-Stars! Our chauffeur Steve O made our first trip to NY unforgettable! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made our vacation complete with delightful recommendations and insider tips! Plus, for our adventurous stay at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side, we were overjoyed to learn of the special festivals going on during our stay! Thank you Steve! Jeff, our driver, took my office workmates and I from our home to our Christmas party and back. He was the sweetest guy. I overindulged on the adult beverages and wanted to leave early. He helped me to the bus, made sure I was okay, and took me home early. No questions asked. I really appreciated it. I also want to say that the bus interior was top notch. We went on an office wine tour last year, and that bus couldn't touch S & S's bus. The interior was very nice and comfy. A great experience overall. Thanks Jeff for taking care of us!
Our driver Keith we had for a bachelorette party was awesome. He was so courteous and professional never complained when we changed plans or wanted to be dropped off and picked up multiple times he was always where we asked him to be at the exact time and made the evening flawless for us. He is a great guy and the evening was as fun as we had hoped and he helped to facilitate that so thank you to him and all of you for setting this up for us and making it a night we will always remember. Can someone please give Keith a pat on the back and tell him thank you for doing a wonderful job because he deserves it!!

You can't ask for better - whether it is service from the booking staff, quality of the limos, or service from the drivers. Cassie ROCKS! So knowledgeable and efficient, a true pleasure to work with. Steve is an awesome driver! He takes such good care of us and has a great sense of humor for our shenanigans :) Definitely my "go to" driver. Can't wait for my next event!
By far the best limo service I have ever used. I used this company for my bachelorette party, my wedding, 3 other bachelorette parties and 2 wine tours! Most affordable, very clean vehicles and the drivers have been so friendly! I would never use a local limo service because S&S bests their prices and friendliness!

We had a wonderful time. On 10/11/15, we went on a wine tour from Syracuse, NY to Seneca Lake. Our driver was Shawn. Not only was the Limo Bus just what I was looking for, but Shawn was awesome, very very friendly and was willing to do anything to make our trip just what we were looking for. There was an accident on the rout where all our wineries where located which may have been a problem and could have kept us from one of our tasting, but Shawn went out of his way to make sure we made it where we needed to be. He was also very willing to take pictures for us which was so awesome of him and since we had time he also took us to another winery so that we got the most out of our day. The limo was beautiful, nice and big, the only complate was how bumpy the ride seemed to be, but it didn't seem to bother the fun we had. Thank you so much!
We had an excellent time on our wine tour. Colleen was a great driver! She suggested places for us to stop and even checked in with other drivers to see where the best places were to go. She even checked in with us the day after to tell us to have a safe trip home. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you and again Kudos to Colleen.
